Veera Kinnunen (Gävle, 6 March 1986) is a Swedish professional dancer and choreographer with Finnish origins.
At the age of nineteen, she moved to Australia to join the cast of “Burn The Floor,” an internationally famous show of Ballroom and Latin American dances. Veera toured with “Burn the Floor” for two years between Asia, America, Europe, and Australia.
She is best known for her appearances in the most famous Ballroom and Latin-American dance TV show in the world “Dancing with the Stars”. She has been invited several times to the Swedish TV program “Let’s Dance” to perform as a national champion, and in 2014 she joined the cast of the show. Since 2013, Veera has been part of the Italian version of the TV program “Ballando con le Stelle”, where she danced with Amaurys Perez, reaching second place, and with Luca Sguazzini, reaching third place in 2016. She won the show in 2017 together with the athlete Oney Tapia. In 2020, she got second place in the show together with the actor Paolo Conticini.
She represents Sweden internationally, becoming undefeated Swedish Champion for five consecutive years. Veera is a finalist in the rising-star section of all the following international events: Blackpool Dance Festival, UK Open Championship, and the International Championships. She has danced on famous stages such as the “Ariston” theatre in Sanremo and the “Arena di Verona”. Currently, she is the producer, choreographer, co-director, and dancer of the show “In The Deep”.
Chiara Menichetti (Pesaro, April 16, 1998) is a screenwriter, playwriter, story editor and junior producer for film and series.
At the age of nineteen, she moved to Florence to pursue a bachelor's degree in Design and Management of Events and Enterprises of the Arts and Entertainment. There, she gains experience as a production assistant for the Teatro di Rifredi, following the school tour of Stefano Massini's play “Evoluzioni Razziali”, with Luisa Cattaneo and Roberto Gioffrè. In 2020, she graduated with highest honors.
Also in 2020, she decided to continue her studies, training as a screenwriter and playwriter at the Silvio d'Amico National Academy of Dramatic Art. She graduates the following year with top honors and winning a merit scholarship.
For the 2018 edition and the 2019 edition, she is the creator, organizer and editorial director of “Short Film Fest San Giovanni” in Pesaro, a film festival, held under the patronage of the municipality of Pesaro.
In conjunction with her time at the Academy, she works as story editor for the publishing house Shockdom, with which, in 2019, she published the comic strip “Ci scusiamo per il disagio”, in collaboration with Mariano Rose (screenwriter) and Alessio Fioriniello (illustrator). For Shockdom, she follows the editorial supervision of several volumes, including the second chapter of the series “Jack Martini” by Fabio Verda, Riccardo Mastrocola, Danilo Sbacchi and Alessandro Olivieri.
As a screenwriter, she signs several episodes of a children's TV series for ILBE Group Film Production, to be released in 2025, and the screenplay of the short film “Formiche”, which won the audience award at “Lo Spiraglio Film Festival”, an international short and feature film event, dedicated to mental health.
Since 2021, she has been working mainly in film and TV production, as story editor and junior producer for the company Italian International Film, following several film and TV projects, including “Mina Settembre 3”, soon to be shown on Rai 1.
She is the author and co-director of the show “In The Deep”.
Antonio Careri (born April 19, 1998) is an Italian professional dancer, choreographer, and TV personality. Renowned for his performances on some of the world’s most prestigious stages and television productions.
Born in Gioia Tauro, Calabria, Antonio discovered his passion for dance at an early age. His talent led him to win multiple national titles, including the prestigious title of Italian Youth Latin Champion.
At 19, he moved to Rome, where he began working as a professional dancer and choreographer. His breakthrough came when he joined the cast of several high-profile Italian TV shows.
Antonio’s career soon expanded beyond Italy, leading him to internationally acclaimed productions. He was part of Brendan Cole’s UK tour, 'Show Man,' and later joined the legendary 'Burn the Floor,' one of the world’s most demanding dance companies. Touring with them for three consecutive years, he performed across Europe and America.
Beyond the stage, Antonio has worked as a professional dancer on several luxury cruise lines (Norwegian, Regent, Viking, Silja...), captivating audiences from around the globe. He has also collaborated in Asia with 'Balich Wonder Studio,' a renowned production company specializing in large-scale artistic performances.
In Italy, Antonio continues to perform in the country’s most prestigious dance events, such as 'On Dance,' directed by étoile Roberto Bolle.
He is currently a professional dancer, assistant choreographer, and casting director for 'In the Deep,' a groundbreaking Italian production created by Swedish dancer Veera Kinnunen.
In 2025, he expanded his career to Sweden, joining the cast of 'Let’s Dance,' the Swedish version of 'Dancing with the Stars,' as a professional dancer.
